The Committee of Lawyers and Legal Advisers in Asharqia Chamber held its meeting on Wednesday 28/3/2019, which dealt with many issues related to the legal sector, at the headquarter of the Chamber.
The Chairman of the Committee, Khalid bin Abdul Latif al-Saleh, said that the Committee intends to hold a public lecture on the new amendments to the implementation system to expose through it all the developments on the system.
Al-Saleh noted that the lecture comes in terms of spreading the culture of rights and justice.
The Committee of lawyers and legal advisors in the Chamber organizes many meetings with a view to enlightening the business sector and society with the provisions of the regulations related to economic activity.
Al-Saleh added that the new amendments would preserve the rights of the legal representative of the legal person and that the new measures came to speed the delivery of rights to their owners, especially since implementation is the goal we aim at.
Al-Saleh said that a team has been set up to discuss the establishment of controls for the legal custody of private companies and that judicial custody and judicial liquidation is at the heart of the lawyer's work, as it requires a determination in the conduct and judicial representation.
The case before the courts is limited to licensed lawyers practicing the profession in accordance with article I of the legal system.
The Committee, during the meeting, reviewed its work plan for the second quarter of this year including activities and programs designed to serve the sector.
